Registration

Registering your child at Camp Willowdale Academy is very simple.

You have three options available:

  1. Drop of the form at our camp office.
  2. Mail the form to our camp office.
  3. Send the completed EXCEL version of our form via email to our Camp Administrator.

    If you register this way, you are still required to sign the waiver portion of the form in person before the first day of camp.
